Whenever you ask people where they are FROM, there is always some followup statement that sounds something like…
“Oh, but I grew up in LA” or “Oh but I grew up in New York”.
Like they somehow must right the wrong in their lives that has led them to Des Moines, IA.
So.
In order to cut down on the banter…
Where did you “grow up” and was your childhood culdesac as rad as the kids on E.T. had it?

I grew up in Medford, OR. We lived on a dead-end street - second house from the end. I was always a little scared at night because we were kind of isolated. But we had two great neighbors who were older and looked out for us and I was able to babysit for people down the street. Rode my bike all the time. :)

I got married, lived in a small house for awhile, then bounced around a bit, moved back in with mom and dad, stayed living with mom after dad died, 2005 moved to Idaho, lived in Caldwell for a year and now finally Boise.
I grew up here...meaning is SE Boise. I was born at St.Luke's that is 7 minutes from Bridgepoint. I lived in the Lakewood subdivision (3 minutes from Bridgepoint) for 10 years of my life. Exciting, huh? haha. :)
